Key Requirements \& Qualifications Essential Criteria: PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or equivalent recognized Teaching Qualification (QTS / QTLS). A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering). Demonstrated experience teaching Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 within the British National Curriculum or international British curriculum. Right to work in Spain. Subject Mastery: Maintain deep, up\-to\-date knowledge of exam board specifications (e.g., Edexcel, AQA, Cambridge IGCSE/A\-Level). Assessment, Tracking \& Reporting Formative \& Summative Marking: Grade work regularly according to departmental policies, providing actionable feedback (e.g., WWW/EBI – What Went Well / Even Better If).
