Lugar de trabajo Las rozas de madrid Misión You will be fully integrated into the European Sales Organization, working closely with our Area Managers and dealer network to support business growth and network performance. At the same time, you will maintain a strong functional connection with the Central Marketing Team, ensuring the consistent implementation of brand standards, campaigns, CRM strategies, and customer experience initiatives across the network. This dual reporting structure offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both commercial and marketing functions within a fast\-growing international automotive brand. Reporta a Chief Commercial Officer Funciones y responsabilidades Act as the primary marketing point of contact for our dealer network. Support dealers in planning and executing local marketing initiatives and product launches. Drive excellence in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) across the network, helping dealers manage leads, improve conversion rates, and increase customer loyalty. Monitor CRM performance, customer experience, and key marketing performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate and oversee dealer events, roadshows, exhibitions, customer experiences, and brand activations. Collaborate closely with Area Managers, dealers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure marketing activities directly support business objectives. Solid experience with CRM systems, lead management, and customer lifecycle strategies. Proven track record in event planning, coordination, and supervision. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in English and Spanish are mandatory. A third European language (French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch) will be highly valued. Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred.
