Project context Project Details **Location:** Barcelona, Spain or Hyderabad, India (desired) **Work mode:** Hybrid **Start date:** January 2026 **Duration:** 24 months (Jan 2026 – Dec 2027\) **Extension possibility:** Yes **Language(s):** English **Team setup:** You will manage 1–2 MDM developers and collaborate with Business/IT stakeholders and vendors **Contract type:** External Workforce / freelance engagement Project Summary We are evolving our Commercial Customer Master Data capabilities from a fragmented consolidation approach to a centralized Customer Master Data Management hub\-and\-spoke model deployed across multiple markets. The initiative focuses on improving data quality, governance, and end\-to\-end customer lifecycle management, while enabling seamless bi\-directional integration with core enterprise systems and external data sources, leveraging a modern cloud\-based MDM and data platform. Goals and deliverables Main Responsibilities \& Key Activities Own the Customer MDM data model (entities, Golden Record structures, hierarchies, relationships) and associated rules. **Configure and operate Informatica IDMC C360:** entities, match \& merge, survivorship, transformations, workflows, and APIs. Provide hands\-on functional SME support and technical advisory on solution design, platform capabilities, configuration patterns, and best practices. Oversee deployments / environment promotion / release activities for C360\. Drive data quality implementation (rules, validation frameworks, monitoring) and translate governance policies into executable controls. Support integration with enterprise and external ecosystems (e.g., SAP, CRM platforms, IQVIA), including batch/near\-real\-time/API patterns. Manage critical production data issues (matching conflicts, integration failures) and coordinate resolution with cross\-functional teams and vendors. Produce and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and contribute to knowledge transfer/onboarding materials. Experience Required **6–8 years overall experience, including:** 4–6 years hands\-on Customer MDM (Golden Record, match \& merge, survivorship, hierarchies/relationships). 3\+ years on an enterprise MDM platform, specifically Informatica IDMC / C360 (SaaS). Experience with enterprise customer domains such as HCO/HCP/Affiliation and integrating external data providers (e.g., IQVIA). Proven ability to advise stakeholders and delivery teams, and to coordinate with vendors/system integrators on complex issues.
