Resumen del Puesto: Buscamos un ingeniero aeroespacial para liderar el desarrollo y la gestión de productos en el sector de defensa, enfocado en sistemas de armas y municiones aéreas. Puntos Destacados: 1. Desarrollo de productos en el sector de defensa y municiones aéreas. 2. Gestión de proyectos de I+D en el sector aeroespacial. 3. Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinares y estrategia de producto. PARA QUÉ LE BUSCAMOS **Functions:** * Responsible for the development of products in the defense sector, mainly in the area of weapons systems and aerial ammunition * Manage research, design and product development projects for the national and international aerospace and defense sector * Manage multifunctional development projects in different geographical areas and with various public and private organizations * Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the project and product lifecycle * Lead the strategy to generate value and profitability in the short and long term of the product line * Develop strategic plans for the product portfolio * Promote profitable investments in the development of products demanded by users * Assess the status and monitor the development of the project * Provide technical support to the sales department in offers, promotion and contract negotiation * Define the roadmap of the products Location: Madrid, Spain. QUÉ DEBE APORTAR * Degree in Aerospace Engineering * English advanced * At least 3 years of experience in design \& development of aerospace systems, weapons, guided ammunition, UAVs... * Experience in Team leadership and business development, Negotiations, risk assessment and mitigation, cost control
