This role is fully offsite, offering the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to key ETL development and data integration projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Complex SQL Development:** Write complex SQL for data transformations and performance tuning. * **dbt Projects Management:** Develop and manage dbt Core and dbt Cloud projects. * **Data Integration:** Integrate data from external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. * **Data Pipeline Orchestration:** Orchestrate data pipelines using Airflow or similar workflow tools. * **Version Control:** Utilize Git\-based version control systems (GitHub, Azure DevOps). * **Data Warehouse Design:** Design star and snowflake schemas for cloud data warehouses. * **Python \& Jinja in dbt:** Leverage Python and Jinja within the dbt ecosystem to enhance ETL processes. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Flexible offsite work environment * Opportunity to work with a high\-profile public sector client * Professional growth and development opportunities **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field. * 8 years of experience writing complex SQL for data transformations and performance tuning. * 8 years of experience developing and managing dbt Core and dbt Cloud projects. * 8 years of experience integrating data from external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. * 6 years of experience orchestrating data pipelines using Airflow or similar workflow tools. * 6 years of experience using Git\-based version control systems (GitHub, Azure DevOps). * 7 years of experience designing star and snowflake schemas for cloud data warehouses. * 3 years of experience leveraging Python and Jinja within the dbt ecosystem. **Optional Requirements:** * Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL\-300\) is highly desirable.
