REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES Education Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or similar). PhD or clinical specialization is a plus. Experience 5–8\+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Medical Affairs. Prior experience in the specific therapeutic area. Experience in project and/or team leadership. Knowledge and Skills Strong scientific and clinical knowledge. Strategic thinking and business acumen. Communication and influencing skills. Experience interacting with KOLs. High level of English proficiency.
