Resumen del Puesto: This role involves managing legal notifications, verifying data, auditing judicial providers, and improving external vendor ratios, with occasional support for other legal departments. Auditoría de proveedores y gestores judiciales internos **FUNCIONES:** * Gestión de notificaciones: Tipificación de notificaciones dentro de los procedimientos judiciales del aplicativo y posterior derivación, si procede, a la persona o departamento correspondiente. Incluye identificación de fechas clave (vencimientos, señalamientos) y determinación de las acciones judiciales pertinentes según el tipo de notificación recibida. * Verificación, corrección y actualización de datos judiciales y notificaciones: Comprobación de la exactitud de los datos judiciales en el sistema y comunicación y/o corrección de errores para su corrección mediante gestión auditoria según el caso. * Auditoría de proveedores y gestores judiciales internos: Realización de auditorías internas y externas mensuales para mejorar procesos y evitar errores futuros que generen discordancias o errores en la gestión masiva de procedimientos. * Control y mejora de ratios del proveedor externo mediante las funciones descritas con anterioridad. * Acciones especiales ocasionales de apoyo a otros departamentos del área judicial. **REQUISITOS:** * Más de 6 meses de experiencia en la compañía.
