Ref.\-Nr.: ES00324 Modalidad de contratación: Tiempo Completo Tipo de contrato: Contrato Permanente WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a **Procurement \& ESG Analyst** to support the transformation of Procurement processes, sustainability initiatives and supplier management across **Rheinmetall Expal Munitions**. This is a highly visible role with international exposure, working closely with global teams to drive procurement excellence, ESG compliance and continuous improvement. **What you will do:** * Support the implementation of Rheinmetall Group procurement policies and standards. * Improve procurement processes and supplier management activities. * Analyze procurement and sustainability data, generating reports and KPIs. * Support the deployment of tools such as EcoVadis, Carbmee and Ivalua. * Assess supplier sustainability performance and supply chain risks. * Ensure compliance with ESG and supply chain regulations. * Participate in international projects related to procurement, sustainability and digital transformation. **Location: On\-site position in Madrid, Spain.** WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Environmental Sciences or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Sustainability, ESG or Business Analysis. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Interest in sustainability, procurement and continuous improvement. * Fluent English (C1\) is mandatory. * German and/or Italian will be considered a plus. * Availability for national and international travel.
