ID de solicitud de puesto: 26617 País: España Ubicación del puesto: Ctra Torrejón\-Ajalvir, M\-108 km 4 Ajalvir, Madrid 28864 Position location Ajalvir Area and Subarea EXPORT CONTROL\&CUSTOMS /CUSTOMS Position to which it reports Customs Manager Objective Ensure compliance with applicable customs and international trade regulations by efficiently managing import and export operations, special customs procedures, tariff classification and origin of goods. In addition, ensure the proper processing of customs authorizations, certifications and requests from the relevant authorities, contributing to business continuity, cost optimization and regulatory compliance across all international trade activities. Main responsibilities - Knowledge of EU Customs Regulations and Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) requirements. - Management of import and export customs declarations, including release for free circulation and special customs procedures such as Inward Processing Relief (IPR), Temporary Importation, Outward Processing Relief (OPR), customs transit and customs warehousing. - Knowledge of rules of origin and management of preferential and non\-preferential certificates of origin. - Management of customs authorizations related to Inward Processing Relief (IPR), Outward Processing Relief (OPR), Temporary Importation, Customs Warehousing and Temporary Storage Facilities. - Experience in responding to requests, audits and enquiries from the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT). - Tariff classification of goods in accordance with customs regulations. Profile requirements Eduaction Higher Vocational Training Diploma in International Trade, Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, International Relations, or a related field. Languages Spanish and Fluent english Experience At least 4 years of experience in a similar position. Technical skills Customs Representative Certification will be considered an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, the TARIC database, and the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) website. Soft skills Good written and verbal communication skills. Good problem solving and reasoning abilities Good ability of planning, organizing and controlling activities
