If you’re passionate about digital technology and eager to learn from talented colleagues, we encourage you to join us on this exciting journey. **What we expect** **Documentation \& Knowledge Management** * Assist in creating, updating, and organizing technical documentation for digital applications and cloud infrastructure. * Help maintain records of development processes, deployment steps, and operational procedures. * Support the team in preparing user guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials for new features and tools. **Work Item \& Task Management** * Help track and manage work items, tickets, and tasks using Azure DevOps or similar tools. * Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and progress reporting in collaboration with developers and product owners. * Ensure work items are properly documented, categorized, and updated throughout their lifecycle. **Low\-Risk Technical \& Operational Support** * Assist with basic troubleshooting and initial analysis of incidents, escalating as needed. * Support automated testing efforts by helping prepare test cases and reviewing test results. * Participate in routine deployments and updates under supervision, following established CI/CD practices. **Help monitor system health dashboards and report anomalies to senior team members.** **Collaboration \& Learning** * Work closely with cross\-functional, international teams to deliver innovative solutions. * Actively participate in team meetings, knowledge\-sharing sessions, and the global DevOps community. * Continuously learn about full stack technologies (.NET, Angular, Azure PaaS) and best practices in software development. **Who we are looking for** * Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory. * Basic understanding of software development concepts and cloud technologies (Azure preferred). * Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) and work item management systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira). * Interest in learning about .NET, Angular, and Microsoft Azure services. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication skills for working with developers, testers, and product owners. * Team\-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast\-paced environment. * Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. **Contact** Please, send your application in English. **What we offer*** Teamwork \& safety – an open, transparent, and value\-oriented culture * Individualized training plan from your very first day. * TK Elevator is a company with an open, transparent culture that focuses on the people who make it up.
