En España contamos con la mayor red de ventas de Europa, formada por 2\\.500 empleados.\n\n\nActualmente estamos buscando un/a Administrativo/a que se unan a nuestro equipo en la Delegación de Santander.\n\n\nReportando al Gerente de una delegación comercial, su misión principal será dar apoyo administrativo actuar como nexo de unión y canal de comunicación entre el personal de las delegaciones y la central.\n\n **El puesto comprenderá las siguientes funciones**:\n\n* Gestión y control de la documentación que generan las ventas de la Delegación:\n* Control y gestión del material y aprovisionamiento de la Delegación\n* Soporte al Departamento Comercial y a Servicios Centrales\n* Gestionar y solucionar todas las incidencias derivadas del Departamento de Socios y Alianzas (recepción de promoción desde central o socios, distribución y gestión de las instalaciones, gestión y seguimiento de las incidencias, facturación, reporte al socio y al Departamento de Socios en Servicios Centrales, archivo de la documentación, etc.)\n* Control y gestión de los recursos de empresa en Delegación\n* Seguimiento y gestión de nuevas incorporaciones dentro de la delegación.\n\n**REQUISITOS**\n--------------\n\n* Ciclo/Grado superior de Administración y Finanzas o similar.\n* Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en puesto similar.\n* Dominio de paquete Office.\n* Una persona organizada, metódica, con experiencia en puesto administrativo y atención al cliente.\n* Residir en Santander.\n\n**Ofrecemos:**\n\n\nJornada de 20 horas semanales, con horario de 9:00 a 13:00\\.
