Summary: As a Technical Consultant, you'll provide exceptional customer support and technical guidance, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions and enhance customer engagement. Proactive approach to enhance customer engagement with our solutions. **About the Role** As a **Technical Consultant**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and technical guidance. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions that meet evolving requirements. Key responsibilities: Customer Support: * Triage and resolve incoming requests, escalating bugs to the development team. * Provide remote support on weekends as scheduled. Solution Delivery: * Deliver minor changes requested by live customers. Technical Account Management: * Proactive approach to live customers to follow\-up on system performance, future plans for upgrade and in general enhance customer engagement with our solutions. **Technical Skills Required:** * Containers \& Orchestration: Familiarity with Docker Swarm and Kubernetes. * Elastic Stack: Experience in querying, implementation and management. * Web Services: Knowledge of RESTful APIs and SOAP. * System Administration: Proficiency in Linux/Windows system monitoring and automation. * Development \& Scripting: * PowerShell scripting skills. * Basic C\# knowledge. **Soft Skills \& Attributes:** * Problem\-solving and innovation. * Self\-motivation and adaptability to new technologies. * Previous experience in technical support and/or financial services is desirable Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido Preguntas para la solicitud: * Eres residente y tienes permiso para trabajar en España (o zona Euro)?
