En Rhenus buscamos un/a traffic operative. **Misión:** Se encarga como especialista del transporte y la logística de mercancías para garantizar la entrega eficiente y oportuna de productos. Este rol es vital para la gestión adecuada del transporte, comunicación con proveedores de servicios de transporte así como con corresponsales y partners y asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones y estándares de la industria. El / la Traffic Operative se encarga como especialista de mejorar mejorar la eficiencia operativa y reducir costes. El /la Traffic Operative puede encargarse del tráfico Internacional, de Automoción, y/o del tráfico nacional (Nacional Península, Islas y TRW). **Principales Responsabilidades:** 1\- Gestionar rutas de transporte para maximizar la eficiencia y minimizar los costes. 2\- Revisar programación y asignación de vehículos y conductores. 3\- Gestionar indicadores del transporte y realizar ajustes según sea necesario. 4\- Implementar como especialista y mantener sistemas de gestión de transporte (TMS). 5\- Gestión adecuada de proveedores de servicios de transporte. 6\- Mantener buenas relaciones con transportistas y proveedores logísticos. 7\- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones de transporte y las políticas de seguridad. 8\- Mantener registros precisos de todas las actividades de transporte y logística. 9\- Gestionar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con el transporte de mercancías. **Requisitos mínimos:** * Experiencia como Traffic Operative o cargos similares. * Se recomienda experiencia en transporte y logística o comercio (nacional / internacional). * Conocimiento profundo de los procesos y sistemas de gestión de transporte. * Conocimiento práctico de herramientas de software de gestión de transporte (TMS). * Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. * Organización y capacidad de gestión de equipo. * Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver problemas de manera eficiente. **WHAT YOU BRING** ------------------ **RHENUS OVERLAND TRANSPORT** es un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
