Together with After Sales and Purchase, we guarantee the delivery of high\-quality spare parts to our customers at the best possible price in the required time. We are looking for a candidate to join our Forwarder Management team. The ideal profile should have experience in last\-mile transportation management, with the responsibility to ramp up new freight forwarders and subsequently monitor performance and quality to ensure delivery to our official distribution network. These are the tasks you will face: * Management of Forwarder performance and claims (internally and in close cooperation with our Logistic Centers and Forwarders to ensure sustainable corrective measures) * Preparation \& development of reports / KPI Dashboards to monitor operational Forwarder performance * Ensuring the ramp\-up of (new) transport projects and onboarding of new Freight Forwarders * Ensure measurement plans \& corrective actions in times of disrupted supply chains and capacity shortages * Support in the systematic further conception and development of the global GCSP Forwarder Quality Management system in transportation (including potential analysis (On\-site assessment), preventive \& reactive audits \& supplier development planning) * Management of preventive and reactive cross\-functional projects with need for coordination between purchasing, Mercedes\-Benz logistics center, freight forwarders and customer service * Escalation management at the interface between Operations, Forwarder and Purchasing Qualifikationen* Solid experience in Operations, Logistics, Transportation Management, Supply Chain * Market knowledge in international spare parts logistics is desirable * Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management functions required * Business fluent English and Spanish. German is a plus * Experience with MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel, and Power BI for data analysis, dashboard creation and KPI reporting * Proactive and adaptable professional with a hands\-on approach, strong problem\-solving ability, and high commitment. Skilled at navigating complex environments with political tact and operational focus. * An auditor certification (internal or external), such as VDA 6\.3, TS16949, ISO 9001 or equivalent, is not mandatory but considered a valuable plus.
