Join us in shaping the future of field operations and customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Digital \& AI Project Leadership:** Lead and manage digital and AI\-driven projects within a service environment, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact across field operations. * **Roadmap Execution:** Drive the execution of the Digital and AI Roadmap for field operations, with a specific focus on service delivery and customer interaction. * **Business Interface:** Act as the interface between field operations and Digital/IT teams, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring alignment between stakeholders. * **Enable Business Success:** Work closely with all relevant Stakeholder (business and technical) to enable digital and AI success E2E. Act as an advocate for value of having digital and AI ingrained, aligning digital business objectives and boundaries. * **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to embed digital tools and AI capabilities into field processes. Ensure structured communication and stakeholder alignment across all levels. **Who we are looking for** -------------------------- **Education**: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. **Experience**: * Proven experience in managing digital and data/AI projects in a service\-oriented business. * Solid understanding of service business models (elevator industry or similar technical service sectors preferred). * Track record of successful project delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. * Background in digital transformation, connectivity solutions, or IoT in the industrial or building automation sector preferrable. **Skills**: * Proven experience in managing digital and data/AI projects in a service\-oriented business. * Strong project management capabilities, including planning, risk management, and delivery tracking. * Strong sense of ownership and accountability \- getting things done, ready to go the extra mile to serve our customers/partners * Strategic thinking with hands\-on execution mentality and excellent communication skills, capable to manage different stakeholders. * Willingness to learn fast, continuously improve, and uphold high ethical standards. * Curiosity, adaptability, resilience and a continuous improvement mindset. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, global environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting requirements. * Solid understanding of service business models (elevator industry or similar technical service sectors preferred). * At least B2B Industry or System Know\-How * Team player \& self\-starter: Collaborative team member who can also work independently and take ownership **Language:** * Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
