Position Summary The UX Researcher will conduct user research activities, analyse user behaviour, and provide insights that support the design and improvement of digital products and services. Responsibilities * Conduct user research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods. * Analyse user feedback and research data to identify patterns and insights. * Prepare research reports and present findings to product teams. * Develop research plans based on product requirements and objectives. * Coordinate user interviews, surveys, and usability testing activities. * Review existing user experiences and identify improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers on research initiatives. * Maintain research documentation and user insight repositories. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human\-Computer Interaction, Design, Research Methods, or a related field. * Experience conducting user research for digital products or services. * Knowledge of usability testing methods and research techniques. * Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative research data. * Experience creating research reports and presentations. * Familiarity with UX design processes and product development workflows. * Proficiency with research and collaboration tools.
