Responsibilities: ? Perform opening and closing duties ? Setting up the working station, ensure that it is well organized to prepare the service ? Refill fridges ? Greet and possibly welcome the guest ? Suggestive upselling ? Introduce cocktail when served to guest (and explain in details when necessary) ? Keep the bar clean all the time ? Keep friendly atmosphere at all time ? Attend daily briefing ? Build relationship with guest and ensure loyalty ? Keep the quality of the cocktails always according standards ? Keep the environment and tools in proper condition ? Control the cocktail list and make sure it’s always clean and updated. ? Stock and storage always monitored ?
