PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES A DESARROLLAR: * Atención al cliente para la gestión de órdenes de recogida. * Control del estado de las expediciones y salidas para cumplir con los plazos establecidos en contacto con los HUBS y colaboradores designados. * Apertura de expedientes para su posterior facturación. * Seguimiento de envíos. * Preparación y gestión de documentación. * Resolución de incidencias de tráfico. * Mantener al cliente informado del estado de sus expediciones.
