ID de solicitud de puesto: 26473 País: España Ubicación del puesto: Ctra Torrejón\-Ajalvir, M\-108 km 4 Ajalvir, Madrid 28864 **Localitation** Ajalvir **Área \& Subarea** MRO Engineering / Tooling **Reports to** Tooling Design Manager **Objective** Technical support to manufacturing and participation in testing activities (planning, execution, and documentation review) **Main Functions and Responsibilities** Define tooling specificaions considering requirements for operation, manufacturing \& maintenance in accordance with standards Apply ITP internal and other OEM procedures and instructions for design and validation process including use of NX, SAP and TeamCenter tools/MRP.Attend to queries and meetting, internal and external about tooling. Give support to other company area relatives to tooling, Techpub, Materials, Technical support, Order administration etc... Develop tooling documentation: OMSD, RA, SR, etc. Technical support to manufacturing and participation in testing activities (planning, execution, and documentation review) **Required Profile** - Desirable knowledge in electrical/electronical tooling - Advance/fluent English writing/listening/talking skills - Has understanding of manufacturing processes - Has project management knowledge and understands sequencing, priority setting and critical path analysis - Has understanding of manufacturing processes - Has understanding of Aerospace materials and related standards. - Knowledge of Manufacturing Systems and ERP (CAD, CAM, SAP, Technical Publications, Siemens Team centre, etc.) is desirable. - Knowledge of common IT tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Outolook and ERP SAP. - Has good communications skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation. - Willing to learn and develop within team work in a cross\-functional team. - Is self\-organized and focused but adaptive and able to prioritize in order to deal with different projects and priorities during normal running of business. - Has a knowledge in model based definition. **Education** Aerospace Engineer.
