Madrid, Spain **Employment Type** Permanent Full Time **Function** Operations **The Role** The Asset Manager is responsible for managing solar PV assets within the Sonnedix portfolio, ensuring optimal performance throughout their lifecycle while meeting regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations. They act as the key point of contact for operational excellence, overseeing plant performance, detecting anomalies, and implementing corrective actions to maximize availability and production. They also manage incidents, ensure compliance with licenses and permits, and supervise financial processes such as supplier and landowner payments, claims, and insurance matters. Il/Elle est le point de référence pour l’excellence opérationnelle, supervise la performance des centrales, détecte les anomalies et met en œuvre des actions correctives pour maximiser la disponibilité et la production. Il/Elle gère également les incidents, assure la conformité réglementaire (licences et permis) et supervise les processus financiers tels que les paiements fournisseurs et propriétaires fonciers, ainsi que la gestion des sinistres et réclamations. Il/Elle identifie des axes d’amélioration technique et commerciale, négocie avec les partenaires externes et propose des stratégies de création de valeur au\-delà des tarifs d’achat, notamment des services au réseau et des scénarios d’optimisation en fin de PPA. Compétences souhaitées * Maîtrise des indicateurs de performance des actifs solaires et des KPI opérationnels * Bonne connaissance du marché de l’électricité en France et des mécanismes réseau, avec capacité à s’adapter aux évolutions réglementaires * Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation pour gérer des parties prenantes variées * Aisance technologique : capacité à utiliser des outils digitaux, plateformes de données et technologies émergentes pour améliorer l’efficacité et la prise de décision * Autonomie, esprit d’initiative et adaptabilité aux évolutions du business
