**Sirio Ibiza SL**, empresa dedicada a construcción, reformas e instalaciones industriales y residenciales, busca **Albañiles especializados** para incorporarse a obras en **Ibiza y Mallorca** a partir de **enero/febrero de 2026**. **Descripción del puesto** Buscamos profesionales con experiencia sólida en trabajos de albañilería tanto en obra nueva como en reformas. El candidato ideal deberá ser meticuloso, eficiente y capaz de realizar trabajos de calidad en plazos ajustados. Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en proyectos de alto nivel, reformas premium y acabados finos. **Funciones principales** * Ejecución de trabajos de **tabiquería**, enfoscados y revocos * **Solados y alicatados** de alta calidad * Construcción de muros, divisiones, hormigonados y pequeñas estructuras * Realización de **remates**, nivelaciones y ajustes finales * Rehabilitación de espacios y preparación de superficies * Apoyo al equipo técnico y coordinación con otros oficios * Cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y PRL en obra **Requisitos** * **Experiencia demostrable** como albañil (mínimo 3 años) * **Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio** (imprescindible) * Habilidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo * Conocimiento de herramientas, materiales y procesos de obra * Disponibilidad para incorporación **enero/febrero 2026** **Se valorará** * Cursos de PRL (20h o 60h construcción) * Experiencia en obras de alto nivel o reformas de lujo * Conocimientos básicos de otros oficios (fontanería, electricidad, climatización) * Residencia en Ibiza o Mallorca **Ofrecemos** * Incorporación a proyectos estables en Ibiza y Mallorca * Ambiente profesional y equipo experimentado * Posibilidad de continuidad según desempeño * Condiciones económicas acordes a la experiencia y valía Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido Beneficios: * Flexibilidad horaria Ubicación del trabajo: Empleo presencial
