Documentar procedimientos operativos, cambios y configuraciones técnicas. * **Who You Are** **Formación Académica** * Titulación en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas o carrera afín. Certificaciones en tecnologías IBM (deseable): CICS, MQ, Z/OS, RACF. ️ **Experiencia Técnica** * No es necesaria experiencia previa, pero se valora positivamente en caso de tenerla. + Administración de **CICS Transaction Server** : definición de recursos, monitoreo de transacciones, análisis de rendimiento. + Gestión de **IBM MQ** : configuración de colas, canales, seguridad y troubleshooting. + Uso de herramientas como **SDSF, TSO/ISPF, JCL, Omegamon, Netview, System Automation** . Implementación de soluciones de alta disponibilidad y recuperación ante desastres. + **Conocimientos en Seguridad** * Familiaridad con sistemas de control de acceso como **RACF** , ACF2 o Top Secret. Buen entendimiento de políticas de seguridad en entornos críticos. * **Habilidades Blandas** * Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas complejos. * Trabajo colaborativo en equipos técnicos y multidisciplinarios. * Comunicación efectiva con áreas de desarrollo, operaciones y negocio.
