About the job **Role Description** We’re looking for a **motivated Assistant Designer** to join our growing **fashion design and development team** in Marbella. This is a hands\-on, fast\-paced role suited to a creative and detail\-oriented individual who’s eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a dynamic company where every day brings something new. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the design team in developing seasonal collections and client projects, from concept to final sample. * Create, update, and maintain detailed **tech packs** and specification sheets. * **Measure garments** and record fit notes during sample reviews and fittings. * Maintain a well\-organized **library of fabrics, trims, and sample garments**. * Assist with **trend research**, **color and fabric selection**, **creating moodboards** and **3D designs**. * Provide general creative and administrative support to the design and product development team. * Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and team organization. **Qualifications** * 1–3 years’ experience in **fashion design or product development** (internships included). * Degree or diploma in **Fashion Design**, **Textiles**, or a related field. * Good understanding of **garment construction**, **fabric types**, and **tech pack creation**. * Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator** (Photoshop is a plus). * Familiarity with **CLO3D** software or a strong **willingness to learn** it. * Excellent **organization**, **time management**, and **attention to detail**. * A proactive, positive mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast\-paced environment. * Fluent in **English.** **Spanish** is an advantage.
