Oversees the design and implementation of secure architectures, ensuring adherence to frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2\. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams to deploy IAM, SOC, and data protection strategies. Possesses strong experience in risk management, technical sales, and aligning security initiatives with overarching business objectives. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, GDPR, NIS2\) and tailored to financial institutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and business goals. * Monitor emerging technology trends to anticipate risks and adapt security architectures to evolving threats and compliance requirements. * Manage information security and risk, ensuring data protection, threat mitigation, compliance across systems and processes and secure access across critical financial systems. * Oversee IT governance and knowledge management, promoting secure practices, awareness, and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders. **Qualifications, experience and skills** **Essential** **(Mandatory)** * Holds a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline. * Possesses relevant certifications such as CISM, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, or ISO 27001 Auditor. * Demonstrates in\-depth understanding of compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2\. * Displays an excellent command of English (C1 level), both written and verbal. **Desirable:** * Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2\) or IT governance (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) are a plus. * Knowledge of additional EU languages. * Experience in international or European institutions or large\-scale multi\-vendor projects. **Competencies** **The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:** * Possess over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, including leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives within the financial sector. * Have a solid history of managing cross\-border teams and delivering secure technological solutions across Europe and the Middle East. * Bring expertise in technical pre\-sales, solution design, and project delivery within financial environments. * Be experienced in overseeing large\-scale digital transformation or cloud migration programs. * Communicate clearly and efficiently with technical and business stakeholders. * Exhibit strong negotiation skills in diverse, international, and multicultural contexts. **Languages** * English (C1\) **Location** * Frankfurt am Main, Germany (Remote) + Flexibility to travel to Frankfurt occasionally to meet the client
