We are building a team of data partners who help the business make better decisions. **Your key responsibilities:** As a Data Analyst you will: * Design, build and evolve **impactful dashboards and reporting solutions** using tools like **Power BI** and **MicroStrategy** * Go beyond reporting: **analyze data to generate insights** that influence business decisions * Ensure high standards of **data quality, consistency and governance** across reporting assets * Partner with stakeholders to **define, challenge and refine KPIs** and metrics Translate business needs into clear, scalable and reusable reporting solutions * Create and maintain functional and technical documentation * Actively contribute to **data adoption and data literacy initiatives** across the organization **What are we looking for?** We are looking for someone with **drive, curiosity and a strong sense of ownership**.
