We also offer solutions with the application of vacuum and high vacuum technologies for traditional and high\-tech industries in the energy and aerospace sectors, as well as scientific experimentation.** **Apply now and become part of our team!** **Descripción del empleo** We are looking for an INTERNAL CONTROL SUPPORT for the GBS dpt, for our offices in Terrassa (Spain). \***Mission**\* : Ensure the effectiveness of the internal control system and regulatory compliance, supporting the continuous improvement of processes and controls. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze, monitor, and improve internal control systems (ICS) within the finance function * Identify risks and weaknesses in financial processes * Support the implementation and enhancement of control measures * Assist in internal and external audits * Prepare reports and provide recommendations for risk mitigation * Collaborate with finance, accounting, and compliance teams **Requisitos** **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field * 2 years experience in internal controls analysis, preferably in finance or accounting * Be fluent in English and Spanish. * Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g. IFRS and COSO) * Very good Excel skills, including formulars, pivot tables and data analysis * Strong analytical and structured problem\-solving skills * Excellent teamwork and communication skills * Certifications in Internal Controls or Audit are a plus **Información adicional** For Syntegon and its subsidiaries, diversity is a key concern.
