Recibir y despedir a los clientes de forma amable y educada, interesándose por su opinión, reportar cualquier incidencia, queja, sugerencia de los clientes a sus superiores y darle el seguimiento correspondiente. Receive and dismiss customers in a friendly and polite manner, take an interest in their opinion, report any incident complaint or suggestions from customers to their superiors and follow up accordingly.
