Resumen del Puesto: Buscamos un Operario de Mantenimiento responsable del mantenimiento y reparación de equipos para asegurar operaciones, cumpliendo con estándares internos y regulaciones. Como **Operario de Mantenimiento** , serás responsable del mantenimiento de equipos o máquinas asociadas a mano de obra TECSE\_04, asegurando las condiciones adecuadas de las máquinas, liderando intervenciones, reparando las máquinas para asegurar operaciones, alineado con los estándares internos, regulaciones y objetivos comerciales en cumplimiento de SOP, regulaciones HSE y requisitos GMP. **Tus responsabilidades incluirán:** * Dirigir, gestionar y mantener equipos. * Ejecución de obra/Planificación/Lista de repuestos * Fiabilidad/ejecución del ciclo de vida de los activos * Solución de problemas aplicando mejora continua * Seguimiento de los cambios * Colaboración durante la ejecución de proyectos liderados por Technical Services **Qué debes aportar al rol:** * Formación técnica / FPII relacionada con el mantenimiento * Español fluido, se valorará el catalán * Experiencia en reparación y mantenimiento de maquinaria, calibración y gestión de sensores, operador de servicios limpios. * Conocimientos generales de HSE * Conocimiento de GMP * Capacidad de analisis * Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) * Resolución de problemas **What you'll receive:** Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges.
