The client is IBERDROLA, a company that specializes in the production and distribution of electricity and gas, focusing on renewable energy sources and sustainability. **Key Responsibilities:** **On\-site supervision:** Monitor and control the execution of works, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. **Team and contractor management:** Coordinate internal staff and subcontractors, ensuring proper resource allocation. **Safety and compliance:** Enforce safety procedures and compliance with electrical and environmental regulations. **Technical and documentation oversight:** Review drawings, technical specifications, and progress reports; prepare regular updates. **Issue resolution:** Identify deviations, propose corrective actions, and maintain project continuity. **Client and project liaison:** Communicate effectively with the client and project management team to report progress and resolve technical queries. **Material and logistics control:** Supervise material delivery and ensure proper usage on site. **Requirements:** Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in high\-voltage projects. Strong knowledge of electrical standards and industrial safety. Leadership and team management skills. Willingness to travel as required.
