Full\-time The Jr. Agronomist is primarily responsible for developing, creating and nurturing product awareness, recall and patronage in his respective area of responsibility. Minimum Education Requirement must be Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.: Minimum Job\-Related Experience at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in agricultural fieldwork, crop management, or technical support — preferably involving demo trials, farm visits, or fertilizer/pesticide application.: Other Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude, Competencies): Basic understanding of crop science, soil management, and pest/disease control.: Familiarity with fertilizer and pesticide use and application.: Knowledge of field data gathering and report preparation.: Good communication and presentation skills.: Basic analytical and problem\-solving skills.: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).: Ability to conduct field demonstrations and farmer trainings.: Proactive, reliable, and results oriented.: Willing to learn and open to feedback.: Flexible and able to work in the field under varying conditions.: Team player with a positive work ethic.: Fieldwork efficiency and attention to detail.: Customer service and relationship\-building with farmers and clients.: Adaptability to changing agricultural conditions and priorities.
