We are at an early development stage of a pyrolysis and biochar project in Andalusia. The scope of this role is strictly limited to **feasibility and project development**. Construction and plant operations will be handled in a later, separate phase. The Senior Project Development Manager will be responsible for preparing the project for investment readiness. Key Responsibilities **Feasibility \& Concept** * Prepare and manage a full feasibility study (technical, economic, regulatory) * Assess feedstock availability, logistics, and scalability * Preliminary CAPEX / OPEX modeling and risk analysis **Location \& Land** * Define site selection criteria for a pyrolysis facility * Identify suitable locations within Andalusia * Lead land search, evaluation, and due diligence * Support land acquisition or long\-term lease negotiations **Project Development** * Coordinate preliminary engineering and process concept * Initiate environmental and regulatory pathway (Spain / Andalusia) * Engage local authorities, advisors, and consultants * Prepare the project structure for permitting and later execution **Governance** * Deliver clear go / no\-go recommendations after feasibility * Report directly to the shareholder / sponsor *Out of Scope (explicit)* * *Construction management* * *EPC contracting* * *Plant operations or staffing* * *Day\-to\-day plant management* **Requirements** * Proven experience with feasibility studies and early\-stage development * Knowledge of pyrolysis, biochar, biomass, or waste\-to\-energy is a strong advantage * Experience with land acquisition or industrial site development * Understanding of Spanish / EU environmental permitting frameworks * Fluent Spanish required; English strongly preferred * Ability to work independently and deliver structured outputs Engagement Model * Full\-time or contract\-based (preferred) * Defined milestones and deliverables * Potential continuation into later project phases depending on results Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa Sueldo: A partir de 2\.500,00€ al mes Beneficios: * Descuento en carburantes * Jornada intensiva los viernes * Opción a contrato indefinido Ubicación del trabajo: Empleo presencial
