And through diversity, we have harnessed the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of the humanities. **Our People**At IE, we are: * People\-driven * Change Builders * Autonomy Enthusiasts * Communication Enthusiasts * Knowledge Champions We are looking for a person to join a full\-time position in **Madrid \- IE Tower.** Responsibilities: **Your role as Treasury Coordinator will involve:** * Managing the corporate group's treasury, ensuring cash availability and liquidity required to meet financial obligations. * Short\- and Medium\-Term Investments: Optimizing cash surpluses according to the specific needs of each company. * Budget\-to\-Cash Flow Conversion: Transforming approved expenses and revenues into cash flows, including supervision and analysis of resulting variances. * Currency Risk Management: Controlling risks associated with foreign exchange fluctuations. * Financial Reporting: Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for submission to the Finance Directorate. * Maintaining communication and negotiation with financial institutions in alignment with the institution's strategic guidelines. Qualifications: **To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * MBA or specialized Master’s degree from a recognized institution. * Professional fluency and mastery of English and Spanish. * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI. * ERP experience: Microsoft Dynamics or other financial reporting tools preferred. * Experience using treasury software. * Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. * Organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines successfully. * Ability to communicate with internal clients and train staff, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
