This role focuses on managing maintenance contracts for multiple clients, jointly defining with account teams the policies, guidelines, strategies, and resources required to ensure efficient delivery of contracted services across client facilities. **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:** Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Coordinating operations and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/systems, project works, and building performance. Managing preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Leading, training, and managing all CBRE personnel under your supervision (e.g., maintenance technicians) as well as service vendors—ensuring contractual and corporate objectives are met. Preparing budgets and technical solutions to facility-related issues or needs. Providing pre-construction advisory services, planning, monitoring, and tracking execution of construction works at client properties—including preliminary design reviews—with support from the company’s construction and facilities department. Monitoring account-level financial results (P\&L). Conducting periodic reviews of operational procedures and recommending improvements to appropriate work practices and emergency/contingency procedures within critical systems. A university degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering—or a vocational qualification (FP) in electricity/electromechanics or similar—with proven experience is preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing maintenance services. Experience in financial management and control. Experience leading teams of technicians.
