You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously updating advanced training programs covering international cybersecurity technologies, methodologies, and standards. Your mission: to strengthen the digital resilience of organizations and contribute to securing critical infrastructure worldwide. Design and deliver comprehensive programs in: * Network Security * System Security (Windows/Linux) * Ethical Hacking \& Penetration Testing * Cloud Security * Risk Management \& Compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) * Lead practical workshops and attack simulations (labs). * Adapt content to new threats and technological developments (2026\). * Contribute to the creation of interactive e\-learning modules for international distribution. * Evaluate learner progress and ensure a high level of academic rigor. Required profile: Experience: * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operational or strategic cybersecurity. Technical Skills: * Proficiency in network and system environments * In\-depth knowledge of security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners) * Experience in security audits or penetration testing * Good understanding of international standards and regulatory frameworks Education: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. * Highly valued certifications (CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security\+, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, etc.). Languages: Bilingual in French and English (ability to teach in both languages). Soft Skills: * Excellent teaching skills * Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly * Academic leadership
