You will work on planning and implementing training programs within your scope of responsibility, identifying training needs, organizing them for proper implementation, and supervising work carried out by external service providers. If you are passionate about learning and development—with a clear focus on enhancing the employee experience—and committed to driving organizational growth and success, we want to meet you! **What will you do?** **Driving Strategic L\&D Programs** * Lead the operational execution and evolution of cross-functional training initiatives, with particular emphasis on transformation programs. * Ensure consistency in content, methodological approach, and participant experience, proposing continuous improvements based on feedback and results. * Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (providers, internal experts, business schools). **Liaison with Business Areas and Specialist Teams** * Act as the L\&D point of contact for various business areas. * Identify, prioritize, and translate training needs into actionable training solutions. * Foster collaboration and co\-creation with business areas, reinforcing L\&D’s positioning as a strategic partner. **Participant Experience and Operational Excellence** * Design and ensure a differentiated learning experience aligned with KPMG’s quality standards. * Optimize area processes, tools, and workflows (program management, enrollments, tracking, reporting). * Ensure operational efficiency and appropriate use of resources. **Support and Monitoring of Key Programs** * Support participants in strategic programs to ensure engagement, progress, and real-world business application. * Coordinate evaluations, milestones, and follow-up with academic or internal partners. * Guarantee proper implementation of improvements and recommendations arising from evaluations. **Coordination of Learning Events and Activations** * Plan and coordinate Learning Days, monthly sessions, training events, and special activations. * Participate in the redefinition of content, formats, and training narratives. * Ensure alignment among different owners and message consistency. **What Do You Need to Know?** Experience * 5–7 years of experience in Learning \& Development, Talent, People, or consulting—preferably in complex environments or professional services firms. * Demonstrable experience in managing training programs, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and large-scale rollouts. * Experience in digital transformation (AI), leadership, or cultural change is highly valued. Key Competencies * Critical thinking. * Ability to structure, prioritize, and drive initiatives from inception to completion. * Excellent communication and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders. * Internal customer orientation and focus on impact. * Autonomy, sound judgment, and ability to anticipate risks and opportunities.
