Currently, we are looking for a **Junior Process Engineer** for our plant in Épila — so if you are interested in the automotive sector, highly motivated, and wish to join a company that values innovation and talent, this is your opportunity! **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------------ The **primary objective** of the selected candidate will be to support the achievement of **more consistent production processes**, through technical and structured analysis of the various processes comprising the plant’s production flow. Additionally, you will be required to **document, study, and analyze** the production process and **implement improvements** that enhance process efficiency. **Other key responsibilities include:** * Collaborate in the **commissioning of production line equipment**, optimizing processes with the best parameters from startup onward. * Review, improve, and **document work methods**; establish **production and quality standards**. * **Monitor and improve** productivity, scrap rate, and line or machine downtime under your responsibility. * Provide **technical training and support** to operators, assistants, and team leaders regarding machinery, equipment, or production lines operation and usage. * Establish and monitor the **PDCA cycle**; review the **Process FMEA**. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ To join our team, you must have: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Design Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. * Special requirements: * Systematic problem-solving capability. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Intermediate English proficiency, both written and oral. **What do we offer?** ------------------- A work environment that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth, where you will have access to continuous training.
