Mediate between labor supply and demand. **Labor Market Advisor – MAIS Program** **For the center located in Viladecans** **Fundació Gentis** is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the **employability** and **competency, emotional, and social development** of the most disadvantaged groups. At Gentis, we activate the gears required to achieve **full social inclusion**, through community action, training, mentoring, mediation, family support, and psychological and therapeutic intervention. ##### **As a Labor Market Advisor at Gentis…** You will have the opportunity to: **Carry out actions aimed at facilitating the integration of unemployed individuals into the labor market** * Conduct diagnosis, information provision, personalized guidance, and counseling * Motivate and accompany individuals throughout their labor market insertion process * Promote training initiatives to enhance their employability * Support individuals facing difficulties in securing employment * Develop their employability and facilitate both entry into and retention within the workplace ##### **What will your responsibilities be?** * **Welcoming participants**, through individual and group activities, occupational diagnosis, and identification of competencies * **Promoting labor market insertion and job retention**, by defining professional objectives and individualized pathways, and accompanying job search efforts * **Mediating between supply and demand**, maintaining relationships with companies, identifying suitable job openings, and managing internships and visits to productive environments * **Evaluating employability improvement pathways**, through personalized follow-up, program indicators, and satisfaction assessments * **Management and coordination**, including activity registration, report preparation, and coordination with local teams and stakeholders * **Cross-cutting tasks**, supporting other programs, fostering internal synergies, and contributing to activity dissemination **Competency Profile** * Learning and application of knowledge * Emotional management * Communication * Organization and planning of one’s own work * Creativity * Teamwork ##### **What qualifications do you need?** Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in the Social Sector, or degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or Psychopedagogy Alternatively, minimum 5 years’ experience in labor market orientation Knowledge of the local area Experience in labor orientation programs and management tools (Galileu) The staff involved in orientation and prospecting processes must have training in gender perspective, aiming to guarantee labor market insertion free from sexist stereotypes and aligned with the competency-based employability model.
