We are seeking an instructor to deliver training
Learning objectives for students
Identify the various processes involved in kitchen logistics management,
food organization and stock control, detecting possible anomalies in storage and/or
regeneration
Requirements:
Meet at least one of the following criteria:
\- Bachelor's degree, Engineer, Architect, or equivalent Bachelor's degree
or other equivalent qualifications
\- Diploma, Technical Engineer, Technical Architect, or equivalent Bachelor's degree
or other equivalent qualifications
\- Technician or Senior Technician in the hospitality and tourism vocational field.
\- Level 2 or 3 professional certification in the hospitality and tourism vocational field.
Experience: If lacking formal qualification/certification in the catering sector,
at least one year of professional experience in this field is required.
Teaching competence: Meet at least one of the following criteria:
\- Teaching qualification course: trainer training or equivalent
\- Professional certification in Vocational Training Teaching for Employment or equivalent, or training in adult teaching methodology (minimum 300
hours).
\- Documented teaching experience exceeding 300
hours.
\- University degrees in Psychology / Pedagogy / or Psychopedagogy, Master's Degree in Trainer Training or other official equivalent certifications.
IMPORTANT: In addition to meeting the above requirements,
tutors/trainers must also demonstrate training of at least 30 hours, or experience of at least
60 hours, in this delivery modality and in the use of information and communication technologies.
Salary: €14.00–€18.00 per hour
