At Fundació Intermedia, we are seeking a Labor Orientation Technician in El Prat de Llobregat until the end of November, with potential for continuity. Tasks include information provision, orientation, and support during the training and employment integration process for the target group. Individual counseling, tutorial activities, and group facilitation. Support in implementing the action plan. Preparation of reports and documentary control. * Minimum 1 year of experience in labor orientation tasks and with socially excluded groups. * Bachelor's degree in Psychology * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy * Competencies / knowledge: To participate in the selection process, candidates must possess: \- University degree: Psychology, Pedagogy, or Psychopedagogy (mandatory). \- Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written. \- Experience in the described labor orientation tasks and with socially excluded groups is desirable. \- Availability to start in September * Temporary employment contract (2 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2400' to '2500'
