Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer to develop and maintain APIs, and integrate Machine Learning models into production, with an interest in backend systems and applied AI. We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer interested in API development and integrating Machine Learning models into production environments. This position is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation, eagerness to learn, and motivation to work with backend systems and applied artificial intelligence. **Profile Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Audiovisual Systems Engineering, or Telecommunications Systems Engineering. Preferred: Master's degree in Big Data, Data Science, Telecommunications, or related field. Opportunity to pursue an industrial doctorate. **Main Responsibilities:** Design, implement, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable APIs. Integrate inference models (classical or deep learning-based) into production pipelines. Manage deployment environments (cloud, containers, orchestrators such as Kubernetes). Optimize endpoint performance, latency, and responsiveness. **Required Knowledge:** Backend development experience (Python, Node.js, Go, or similar). Knowledge of REST APIs. Experience working with ML models in production (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, etc.). Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
