We are over 23,000 people across 20 countries—passionate about innovation and committed to making the world a better place by pushing boundaries every day to make the seemingly impossible possible. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** * Conceptualization and development of utilities for text and image processing * (Speech-to-Text, OCR, text translation, etc.). * Maintenance and development of Python scripts. * Development of scripts for web scraping and API interaction. * Integration of scripts into on-premise infrastructure. * Design, development, and maintenance of on-premise web applications. * Direct contact with users and collection of user feedback. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * STEM Bachelor’s degree. Minimum required: MECES Level 2 * Operational experience in software development. Minimum required: 5 years * Experience in backend development with Python (Flask, Django, etc.). Minimum required: 2 years * Experience in Machine Learning development: Natural Language Processing (NLP), RAGs, or AI agents. Minimum required: 1 year * B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) (e.g., DELE, BULATS). Alternatively, documented professional experience working in English (spoken and written) for at least 2 years, with 100% of professional activity conducted in English during that period. Minimum required: B2 **Desirable/Additional Requirements** * Master’s or Doctoral degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Telecommunications. Desirable: MECES Levels 3 or 4 * Demonstrable operational experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). Desirable: 6 years * Demonstrable operational experience with containerization solutions (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). Desirable: More than 1 year * Demonstrable operational experience in web development (HTML, JavaScript, Flask, or React). Desirable: More than 1 year * Certified English proficiency.
