Promote digital inclusion The digital skills trainer position seeks to reduce the technological gap in rural areas of the province of Valladolid. The main responsibility is to deliver in-person training adapted to different skill levels, supporting learners in mastering digital tools and resolving practical questions. Training documentation is also managed, and group progress is assessed to ensure pedagogical objectives are met. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with a flexible schedule based on planning and travel between municipalities. The role combines in-person work with telework, and travel expenses are covered. A solid pedagogical background is valued, evidenced by qualifications such as the Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (CAP), the Master’s in Teaching, the Employment Teaching Certificate, or a minimum of 200 hours of verified in-person training experience. We seek a candidate with a vocation for teaching, strong organizational skills in an itinerant environment, and commitment to digital inclusion. A solid and accredited pedagogical foundation is required. This may be demonstrated through possession of the Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (CAP), the Master’s in Teaching, the Employment Teaching Certificate, or at least 200 hours of verified in-person training experience. The ability to convey knowledge clearly and approachably—adapting to diverse starting levels—is highly valued. A genuine vocation for teaching applied to real-world contexts, along with strong organizational and autonomous working capabilities in an itinerant setting—including efficient planning of routes, sessions, and time—is essential.
