Participate in transformative projects within the organization, identifying synergies between local and global strategies linked to transformation programs. Collaborate with Architecture disciplines in defining the architecture evolution strategy. Support countries in adopting new architectural technological capabilities. Drive continuous improvement of our Community by building a knowledge repository enabling us to tackle new challenges and enhance the quality of our designs. Analyze AS-IS solutions and define TO-BE strategies, charting the path from AS-IS to TO-BE. Promote alignment between Business and Technology strategies through the Group’s transformation programs. Act as an enabler and facilitate the rollout of global programs across countries, maximizing reuse of developed business and technology capabilities. Develop functional and systems maps associated with the Group’s key transformation programs, identifying the technological capabilities required to implement Business and Technology strategies. Participate in defining the governance model and stakeholder engagement model. Participate in the Group’s Trending Projects to ensure solutions align with target architecture capabilities and request evolutions where needed. **Specific Knowledge:** Functional and technical solution design. Knowledge of distributed systems design, security (security patterns and tools), and software development lifecycle. **Big Data Technology Knowledge:** * Massive data processing: Hadoop, Spark, Apache Kafka. * Storage architectures for large volumes of data: Data Lake, Data Warehouse. Understanding of differences and use cases among storage models such as relational databases (SQL), NoSQL databases, and distributed systems. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, machine learning algorithms, and Deep Learning. Familiarity with data preprocessing and analysis. Cloud technology knowledge is valued, especially AWS. Compute services: EC2, Lambda, App Runner. Cloud databases and storage: DynamoDB, S3. Search engines: OpenSearch. Data pipelines: Kinesis and Athena. Generative Artificial Intelligence knowledge is valued, including LLMs (Large Language Models). Understanding of techniques such as prompt engineering, embeddings, and response quality evaluation. Familiarity with tools and APIs like OpenAI, Hugging Face, or LangChain. Deep expertise in banking-specific architectures and infrastructures—Retail, Enterprise, or CIB—is highly valued.
