Development environment, diversity, and inclusion at AXA Spain Job Description: **MISSION:** As part of the team, you will implement advanced analytics solutions using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and other techniques and algorithms. You will apply both classical Data Science algorithms and solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI, adapting emerging technologies to specific business problems. You possess broad technical expertise in Data Science, with a clear business orientation, innovation mindset, and ability to test and adapt new AI technologies available in the market. **MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Solution Design: Gather business requirements and propose traditional AI, GenAI, and AgenticAI solutions, assessing feasibility through proof-of-concept (POC) development. * Data Preparation: Define data requirements, label and clean data, and perform exploratory data analysis to prepare data prior to modeling. * Modeling: Train ML models on structured and unstructured data; apply generative AI algorithms as appropriate; develop AgenticAI for integration into the company’s technology ecosystem; define performance metrics and GO/NO GO criteria. * Results Monitoring: Create Power BI dashboards to monitor solution performance and support internal and business teams. * Communication: Clearly and simply convey technical solutions to business teams, acting as a trusted partner in AI solution development. **PROFILE:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (mandatory). **Technical Knowledge:** * Programming in Python and Spark; SQL and Scala desirable. * ML, DL, and LLM modeling. * Knowledge of AgenticAI. * Experience with Azure environments and architectures such as Databricks. * Prior experience in the insurance sector is valued. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in similar roles as a Data Scientist. * Experience in AI solution analysis and development. **Languages:** * English: Advanced (mandatory). **Skills and Competencies:** * Results- and internal customer-oriented. * Analytical ability and decision-making skills. * Proactivity and entrepreneurial spirit. * Communication and teamwork skills. * Negotiation and cross-functional leadership capabilities. * Methodical, organized, and innovation-minded. * Ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changing environments. * Resilience and flexibility. **Why Join AXA Spain?** AXA Spain is one of AXA’s most relevant Talent Centers, with over 3,000 employees working on local and international projects.
