ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: "The client requires on-site presence (2 days per week). Experience Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Information Technology projects. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology consulting, analysis, design, and development of solutions based on Big Data, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence. Technical Knowledge Proficiency in Python for developing AI and Data Science solutions. At least 5 years of experience using the following libraries: Pandas and/or NumPy. Scikit\-learn. Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Jupyter Notebooks. At least 3 years of experience in: Developing REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask. Documenting APIs using OpenAPI or Swagger. Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environments. Orchestrating pipelines with Apache Airflow, Kubeflow, or Prefect. Containerization with Docker. Deployment on Kubernetes. Generative Artificial Intelligence Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Generative AI solutions. Design and implementation of RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) architectures. Experience with GPT, LLaMA, or Mistral models. Usage of the Transformers library. Experience in: Fine\-tuning models. Embeddings. Evaluation of LLMs." DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: Experience in Public Administration projects. Experience with AI services in cloud environments (Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Google Vertex AI). Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search). Experience with LLM application development frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar. Knowledge of MLOps and the AI model lifecycle. Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Knowledge of prompt engineering and techniques for optimizing generative model outputs. Certifications related to AI, Machine Learning, or cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). Good level of technical English." REQUIRED DEGREE: University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or related disciplines. YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE REQUIRED PROFILE: 7 years of experience in IT projects
