Here, we don’t just build processes—we build talent and memorable experiences. **What You’ll Do:** * Strategic Implementation of Advanced Solutions: + Design, build, and implement the technical framework and ML and Generative AI solutions (e.g., language models, content generation) directly addressing business team needs, ensuring practical deployment and alignment with company objectives. * Development of Innovative AI Products: + Lead the conceptualization, technical development (including training, fine-tuning, and deployment), and launch of platforms, tools, and innovative products incorporating ML and Generative AI capabilities. * Optimization and Opportunity Discovery: + Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities where advanced analytics, ML, or GenAI can significantly optimize and improve key business processes (e.g., personalization, customer service, inventory management). * Data Quality Assurance (Data Lineage): + Ensure traceability and quality of data lineage—from original sources through to the analytical framework—focusing on curation and preparation of essential data for optimal training and performance of predictive and generative solutions. * Enabling Self-Service and Adoption: + Develop and facilitate self-service capabilities (tools, APIs, simplified notebooks) enabling business teams to autonomously consume and experiment with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions. * Technology Evaluation and Partnerships: + Research, technically evaluate, and recommend new advanced analytics, ML, and Generative AI solutions, services, or partnerships that could deliver a distinctive competitive advantage for Leroy Merlin. * Contribution to Financial Control (ROI): + Collaborate closely with the Artificial Intelligence Manager, providing necessary technical analyses and performance metrics to evaluate Return on Investment (ROI) at each stage of a solution’s lifecycle (from concept through deployment), ensuring financially sound decisions grounded in the real value generated by technology. **What We’re Looking For:** ➔ Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related field. ➔ Minimum 3 years’ experience with Machine Learning models. ➔ Advanced knowledge of Python applied to Data Science. ➔ Ability to lead data projects semi-autonomously. ➔ Clear and effective communication of research projects. ➔ Creation of clear and impactful visualizations. ➔ Experience with Cloud platforms and Big Data environments. ➔ High level of English proficiency. **What We Offer:** **Onboarding and continuous training**, enabling your development in the role from day one. **Responsible flexibility** and support to balance work and personal life. **Health insurance and wellbeing programs**, caring for you both inside and outside of work. **Internal growth opportunities** and long-term career development. **Being the protagonist of your own impact**, contributing to improving customer experience and team success. ### **Make Every Interaction Count** Your work will make a difference for our customers and our team.
