We support our clients in technological and agile transformation projects. **We work in discipline-based teams and multidisciplinary squads across highly diverse projects** (retail, healthcare research, banking, security, mobility, etc.). Although we have grown significantly over the past year, we remain true to our essence: **people-first**. We provide continuous personalized follow-up for our technical and Talent teams. Moreover, we consistently prioritize transparency and clarity. We operate in **Spain, Mexico, and Peru**. At Kairós, you’ll find projects that allow you to work remotely — without losing closeness with the rest of the team! **What Are We Looking For?** **At Kairós**, we seek a highly motivated **Data Engineer**, with proven experience in SQL, data modeling, and data pipeline development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data integration solutions in a heterogeneous environment, working with **Oracle** as the transactional system, **PostgreSQL** as the data warehouse, and a lakehouse on **Databricks**. This position requires proficiency in daily data loading using **SQL and Python**, and experience integrating systems via microservices and messaging tools such as **Kafka**. Our Data & AI capability is our most recently established unit. With credentials in healthcare, science and research, environmental projects, and initiatives in banking and security, it is led by **Inés Huertas**, and continues to grow by incorporating diverse profiles with substantial contributions to make.
