Job Summary: We are seeking a Coordinator/Technician for Subsidized Training to coordinate and supervise document management, plan training activities, and interact with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Document management coordination and supervision 2. Training activity planning and comprehensive support 3. Liaison with administration and entities At the FPCAT-UPC Campus for Sustainable Mobility, we are looking for a professional profile of Coordinator/Technician for Subsidized Training. Main responsibilities include: • Coordination and supervision of document management for subsidized training activities. • Planning of training activities, contact with teaching staff, availability of materials and facilities, supervision of evaluation in collaboration with teaching staff, and attendance tracking. • Liaison with administration and entities. • Providing assistance and support to students, teaching staff, and families. • Providing documentary and support responses to companies regarding internship management. * Minimum 3 years’ experience. The professional profile requires at least 3 years’ experience in managing and coordinating subsidized training (SOC and Consortium for Continuous Training), as well as solid knowledge of applicable regulations governing subsidized training in Catalonia. Candidates must hold a degree related to social sciences, such as Pedagogy, Psychology, Labor Relations, or similar. Proficiency in both Catalan and Spanish (spoken and written) is required. Regarding office software competencies, candidates must have experience and knowledge of applications specific to subsidized training (GIA, GALILEU, QBID, CONFORCAT, etc.), as well as a minimum user-level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
