Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Controller to oversee the business's financial performance, analyze results, and improve processes within a leading industrial group. Key Highlights: 1. To strengthen our team in **Madrid**, we are looking to hire a **Financial Controller** who will actively contribute to business financial monitoring and results analysis, participating in closing, reporting, and financial process improvement activities. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Active participation in the monthly closing process. Review of variances against budget and analysis of fluctuations. * Preparation of necessary information for internal reporting. Preparation of standardized financial reports for the Group in accordance with corporate criteria. * Updating and validation of data on internal reporting platforms. * Ensuring consistency, timeliness, and quality of reported information. Process improvement and operational efficiency enhancement. * Analytical accounting and business analysis. **Requirements** -------------- * University degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance and Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within controlling, financial analysis, or financial management. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP is desirable) and reporting tools. * Intermediate level of English.
