Provide pedagogical guidance to authors and subject-matter experts. At DRED, we are seeking a **Catalog Manager** to lead the management, development, and updating of our training content portfolio. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the pedagogical quality and structural coherence of our courses. Main Responsibilities * Select and coordinate subject-matter experts across various knowledge domains for training content creation. * Continuously analyze the catalog to ensure its updating, relevance, and market alignment. * Supervise and finalize training content outlines. * Upload and organize courses on the platform. * Provide pedagogical guidance to authors and subject-matter experts during content development. Requirements * University degree, preferably in **Pedagogy** or related fields. * Ability to analyze and organize training content. * Communication and coordination skills when working with expert profiles. * Experience in e\-learning environments or educational content management is desirable. Conditions * Full-time employment contract. * Flexible working hours: * Mornings: 8:00–15:00 * Two afternoons per week: 16:00–18:30 (employee's choice) * Fixed annual gross salary of €18\.000 \+ variable component based on objectives. * On-site work in Seville.
